    T4 Dosage

    What is the optimal dosage of T4 to take daily with your hgh shots?

    50-100mcg dailey

    Gixxerboy I was thinking to pmnyou. Gonna do 5 iu's a day. What's optimal dosage. And is there a limit on how long u can take it.

    no t4 is safer then t3 to take. I'm doing 5iu and taking 100mcg a day of t4
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Me too. I'm on 5iu/ed and is taking 100mcg T4 a day. Works fine for me. gixxer, do you notice that you're hot all the time? I sweat when a eat, when I change my clothes, or anytime i lift more than a piece of paper. I can't tell if its the T4 or HGH.

    It's the T4 Scotch! T4 heats me up too and gives me a good bit of energy as well. I know that it doesn't do this to everyone as a lot of users take it before bed...not me, got to take mine 1st thing in them morn.

    Me too get red and hot and sweat easily. 5IU and 100mcg daily.
