hgh with fused plates
I'm 17 and I got an x-ray stating that my growth plates in my wrist are fused. My bone age came out to be 19. I'm about 5'7, and I decided that I'm going to take hgh anyway in attempt to grow, as I've grown an inch since 13, and I would really like another inch or two. My parents finally found a doctor who would prescribe hgh, after consulting several doctors who said no. So now I have to go through these blood tests and other tests before I can get hgh. I'm just wondering what will happen if I take hgh when my plates are fused; I know it is highly unlikely that I'll grow but I'm just looking for an inch, and my dream would be 2.5inches. Regardless, hgh should help me with my metabolism, which should make me more cut. I'm worried that it might distort my proportions though, and I'm mainly concerned that it might make my face disproportionate. Do such side effects occur at a dose of 2-4 ius?

Are you getting your HGH from a doctor?
Do you realize that 90%+ of the HGH online is fake if not more?
Are you HGH deficient? If you are Not then it will not help you grow.
If it's real HGH and you are not HGH deficient all it will do is stop your natural HGH production and cost you a lot of money.

everything lovebyts said is correct. Also 2-4iu in a 17 year old is a waste unless you are gh deficient. You have to realize that taking that isnt adding more to your natural gh. You are stopping your natural gh and probably replacing it with less then you are making.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

most of us won';t recommend HgH for youngsters your age. You want an increase in height. this is a body building bullietn board which is outside our area of expertise. since you are already consulting with a doctor, then asking her would seem to be the right thing to do

I'm going to get it from a doctor after my blood test results come out. I'm just curious as to whether it will make my face/body distorted like those who have acromegaly, that's what I'm worried about.

Its not likely that the doctor will prescribe doses high enough to cause such side effects.

LOL, no worries about face distortion unless you are taking MEGA doses and there is not way a doctor is going to give you anywhere near what it would take.

There wouldn't be any Barry Bonds type face deformmation either right? Anyway I'm praying to god that this will work, although I'm pretty sure it's too late. When I was 13/14 and I wasn't growing, I thought it was just natural and that I would eventually have a growth spurt. From age 13-17, I grew facial hair and my wingspan even increased by 2-4inches over this time, but I had no vertical growth whatsoever. Now I'm 17 and I took a bone age test, and the results come out that my bone age is 19 and my wrist plates are fused. This really sucks man. If I don't get around 2 inches from gh, I think I'll end up getting leg lengthening surgery.

You need to go to a doctor to make tests and prescribe it to you.
Most likely it is a bit late for GH treatment but only doctor can tell, blood tests will determine if you have a deficiency in somatropin and xrays will check if your growth plates are closed.
Dont even think at buying online GH as its all fake and god knows whats inside them, and you need medic supervision.
