Going from 3iu to 5iu. Should I split the dose?

What I´ve been reading is to split the dose once I go over 3iu.

And if "yes" to splitting should I inject,
-7am and 9am, or
-7am and 2pm (after my workout. My PW shake only contains Whey)
Currently I´m injecting 7am only.

5iu seems to be the max for single shot. It is mostly sides dependent by that i mean if sides get to be a bit rough at 5iu in single shot than split. whan i was at 5iu i didn single with no issues. that being said if you choose to split do am and mid afternoon. i have read many that get good results post work out. the main thing to keep inmind is stay consistant.

i split mine 4iu am and 4 iu before bed i will continue this through my cycle than go back to 5iu single shot in AM

3-5iu id do in one shot.

You mentioned that your PWO shake is only whey.. why did you mention that? whats your opinion on carbs and GH timing?

carbs - it is recommended to stay away from cards 1 hour pre and post injection

I did 5iu before and can´t remember any sides.
The worst sides I get is water in my ears, which is really annoying, waking up scratching my inner ear so it bleeds sometimes.

However, will I get better effect, better result for my money by splitting the dose?
Since HGH is so short lived/fast acting, won´t it be better to spread it?

Jersey, HGH makes us insulin resistant right. So it makes sense not to consume simple carbs, or any carbs while HGH is active or pulsing.
Even walking up/down the stairs in the morning to pin probably elevates my bloodsugar (slightly).
So since my PW shake is pure Whey, I guess I´ll be good pinning right after, but I it will still be an hour after the shake, since I have to get home, shower etc.
