Can you post your diet for us to include your injection times? I am trying to wrap my head around the idea of using insulin, and want to study as much as I can before I step up on that ledge. If you dont want the world to see what your doing you can PM it to me, but I am sure allot of us would like to know how your doing this.

1:00pm 8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
1 banana
15 gm of whey protein
1 yogurt
3:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
15 ml of flax seed oil
5:15 120 gm of steak
20 gm of whey protein
Mustard
50 gm of carrots
5 ml of flax seed oil
7:15 60 gm of whey
5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
1 apple
2.5 ml of flaxseed oil
9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
15 gm of whey protein
1 no sugar added fat free yogurt
TOTAL CARBS: 300 GM – 1200 calories
TOTAL PROTEIN 320 GM – 1280 calories
APPROX TOTAL FAT: 63 GM – 567 calories
TOTAL CALORIES: 3047 calories per day

Aight gents moving back up to 10iu at a slower pace this time
Tommorow 8iu for a week then, 9 for 4 days, then 10iu
Current routine is 7.5iu/am GH and 7iu insulin
Tomorrow will try 4iu am/4iu pm and 14iu insulin split into 2 injections w/GH
Goal is back to 10iu ed 5iu/2times a day and 14 iu slin ed
New protocol dukkits helped me with
10ius all at once. PWO.
pin the Gh pwo then wait about 20mins and shoot your slin and have your shake.
Seems to get the best reviews when it comes to best mass protocol from everyone.
