okay so ive been looking into insulin recently as the gains attract me and i can get good pharma stuff very easy of a freind
thinking of starting humalog insulin as of monday will pin only on training days (5 times a week) streight after training and will start off with 4iu's then followed with a high protein/carb shake with creatine etc and a high protein/carb solid meal an hour or so after.
im on cycle now of sust,deca & var and doing a lean bulk so diet is clean etc. can i keep slin gains fairly lean ??? and is 4iu's a good starting point ?? will possibly go as hight as 10iu's if i can tolarate it and i plan to run it for 1 month.
