    new to hgh have a few questions

    well first off I would like to give my information:
    24 yrs old
    5'6"
    178lbs
    14%bf
    been on 6 different anabolic cycles in the past
    torn ligaments in the right shoulder (pulled out of socket) been going to physical therapy since feb of this year.
    daily routine, 5am- wake up for work, 630pm- home from work, 7pm-10pm go to the gym go to bed around 12. I do this monday thru saturday.
    I have a career in hvac. so im constantly on my feet and hands on mechanically.
    I just started hgh today at 2iu per day
    the reason i started with the hgh is because I was told by a few people that it may help out with my right shoulder. and also to gain more muscle long term in the gym and keep my gains
    the kit I have is the 191aa green top (generic) 100iu

    now for a few basic questions:

    - ive been reading up on when to take hgh and I see people saying take it in the morning when I wake up and I see people saying to take it before the gym (some say it has a half life of 20-30 min and some say it has half life of 2-3 hrs). with my daily schedule when should I take it?

    -is 2 ius a good dosage?

    -when I injected subQ today for the first time it felt like a cold slightly tingly feeling in the injection site for about 4 hours after the injection. im not sure if im not used to it or if its supposed to feel like that or what so I would love some input.

    -im no dr but could this really help out with my right shoulder? maybe cure it a little? im not sure if it will have any affect but if it may have some kind of effect please let me know.

    I have never heard of a cold tingly sensation after injection, and I have been on and off gh for 7 years...what did you mix it with? Allergic reaction? Gh should help with soft tissue repair as it helps regenerate it but not sure about tendons...although there is a reason why baseballers love it...especially pitchers. Hope your greentops are legit. I have 400 iu of bluetops that I am not sure of. 2 iu is a dosage that won't build much muscle but I have found it about right for me to stay lean and help with skin and hair and with only 100 iu you want to be on it for a couple of months as it needs time to work. Morning is the best time to take it.

    I injected 2iu this morning and it didnt have the cold tingling feeling im not sure.maybe it was in.my head or something but as for being legit I have a very positive source. been getting gear from the same source for 6 years. I have a friend that got gh from the same source and it works great for him. I appreciate the input, maybe it will do something for my shoulder. It would be quite depressing not being able to what I used to do at the gym and limited the activities in life. do you know what the half life is? my source told me its about 2-3 hrs

    also how long can I go on growth for. somepeople say you can stay on it for years but it sounds crazy. shouldnt it be cycle like regular cycles?.. 10 weeks on and 10 weeks off to give your body a break?

    No need to cycle. in fact you need to run a minimum of 6 months just to start seeing results. Probably year minimum to reach your goal which you wont reach at 2iu.

    here are some general dosages keep in mind everyone is different but you wull find most here will use similair protocols:
    1 - 2 iu basic well being
    3 - 5 iu fat loss
    6 - 10 iu to build muscle

    Also it is a good idea to ramp up dosage .5 iu - 1 iu a week up to your goal dosage - remember gh is long term no need to rush the ramp up

    Dosing time again general rule
    1 - 5 iu early morning if you wake to pee take then if not right when you get up.
    5+ iu split 1/2 am other half Mid afternoon - spliting for the most part is to help make sides mor tolorable.

    Most important rule of dosing and timing is stay consistain!!

    Been taking GH on and off for a few years now.

    Do yourself a favour and get your IGF-1 levels checked once you have been on for a few weeks.

    GH is the most likely product to be scammed with, so buyer beware.

    Not saying yours is, but once you test for your IGF-1 levels and show they are elevated you will know for sure if your GH is real.

    What is the difference in bottle top colours?
    Im also new to HGH and steroids, am wondering which test boosts should you take with HGH (Jintropin yellow top) do u need anything else to run a cycle, ie: things to get rid of water rentention etc.
    please could u advise exactly what u need to complete a cycle of HGH.

    Jins are most likely fake, they may contain gh but I highly doubt they contain pure hgh, very few jins leave China, there is legit European resellers but these are hard to obtain unless you physically go to the said country and buy from pharmacy

    The difference is all generic color tops are suspect. Anything you get is suspect until you prove it out. When you start with a generic top you're already behind the 8 ball IMO. What you need to complete a cycle is to be on it at least 6 months. If you're looking to maximize in growth, throw in a AS cycle, include testosterone. You're going to need some T3 about week 4. Find out how much T3 you need and take the minimum necessary. I was taking 25 mcg 2xED from about week 4 until the gh cycle was complete.

    Not trying to hijack but curious.. Why the T-3 at week 4? What is the purpose and what is the significance of week4?

    Also, can I assume that, with regard to the different benefits at different doses, that the higher disses will provide the benefits of the lower doses as well? For example, the dose at 6-10 iu will not only build muscle but will also provide fat loss and well being as well?

    8 ball IMO?? Ur suggesting taking the T-3 to assist with fat loss,right??
