Noob question for GH, insulin and IGF1-LR3

HI! I'm a newbie on this topic, I would know who gives you the best results for gain mass/strengh between Gh or IGF1..

Then I want know if isulin is IGF.. or If insulin is another thing..

insulin a complete different thing then igf
insulin is not for newbs it can be very dangerous

Google ghrh, ghrp and igf, I will not do your research for you just because you can't be bothered and neither will anybody else here
