Does HGH have to be refrigerated before reconstitution? I thought that it did, but the pharmacy sent it to me without ice packs.

No, it only has to be after its reconstituted.

Just go the the manufacturer's web site and follow their instructions. Some of them say to refrigerate even unreconstituted GH and some of them say they're fine at room temp. I know Serostim says to keep it at room temp but I think Humatrope says to keep refrigerated. As long as you're not buying a years worth at a time it doesn't really matter imo.
