besides spontainious wood and slight nausea, any bad sides?

is the tan long lasting?

should/do you have to sun tan with it?

I used it in march/April with very little sun exposure and actually had to lower my dose/frequency! I'm Italian and I do tan well in the summer, but get very white in the winter months. I started with 100mcg the first day then 250mcg the next day then 500mcg the rest of the week. Started getting a "dirty" looking tan and then went to 250mcg every other day. Got the spontaneous erections within 2hrs of the shots. I'd say my only negative was that miles got very dark! Which let to people asking if I have had them checked out for melanoma. I have not used it since April but continue to get dark quick with any sun exposure! The moles went back to normal as well. Good luck!
