Cjc 1295 ghrp2 and trenavol v + halovol v prohomones
Weight started at 13.5 Friday 11th 100mg of cjc1295 morning and evening same with ghrp2 also taking 3 trenavol v and 3 halovol v pro hormones
Aim is to get leaner but increase muscle mass weight yesterday 14,4 also using warrior blaze tabs! Any advice on what I could throw in to help!
Diet porridge plus protein shake
Lunch pasta chicken/tuna crisps
Mid afternoon shake
Dinner meat or fish with veg
Training cardio empty stomache 3 mornings at 6:30 39 mins then 15 mins sit ups
Weights 4 times a week alternating muscle groups!
