Well I have decided to head down the peptide route as it is a lot easier to research then aas here in Oz, so I'm going to be running some frag mostly because I have some stubborn as **** abdominal fat covering just the two bottom abs and slightly my handles and it won't shrink enough unless I drop down to a low 8% bf and I really want to shed it without risking catabolism as this is something by body likes to do!
