The answer, if any are given will most likely be "if you are under 25 you shouldnt even be thinking about this" "if you need to know the answer use the "search" button, Im sure its there"

Unless your growth plates are still open and you're GH deficient you're out of luck.

Welcome to the board mate!
This is NOT a good time for you to be thinking of HGH. The time to take HGH to increase height is early teens or younger. As you get older, your bone "growth" plates begin to close. Once closed, no further growth can occur. The worst time to take HGH is when some but not all of your growth plates are closed, which could lead to irregular growth which could distort your physical appearance. Males continue growing even at 21 or older. I'd recommend you forget about gaining height via HGH.
Good luck!

At that height I would not be willing to take the risk.
What's so bad about being six feet tall?

I just have always wanted to be 6'3 and now that I've been playing basketball a lot lately and am looking into playing in a more competitive level I wish I had those 2 1/2 inches more it would really give me the edge I need

Is there any way to get growth plates checked?

Are you sure you're even 22 because this sounds like a question of a child. Your 6'1 lol why would being 6'3 be that much better. I'm 6'2 and played basketball at a competitive level and I don't think being 6'4 would have given me much of an edge. Hone your skills don't worry about height.

i'm really not sure mate as this is outside what i consider for weight lifting and nutrition.
I prefer to think in terms like a youngster your age is still producing good quantities of GH, and no need to supplement until mid twenties.
If you were so inclined, there might be a way to do it with either a whole body MRI or Xray, but that is only a guess on my part.

Using hormones to grow should be strictly monitored by a doctor. You're young bro. you don't want to get hurt by HGH.

So basically I'm too old for it to help me grow and I'm to young for me
To use it safely?
