How long until you noticed better recovery from Pharm GH(Norditropin)?

I have been running Norditropin @ 3iu per day now for 5 weeks.

The only thing i have noticed is that my nails are growing faster and that I shoot bigger loads during sex..LOLS.

The reason I started taking it is because I have had 4 or 5 different strains and sprains in the past year that bother me some or will not go away completely even with rest and not doing anything at all.

At this point, I am not really sure I notice any improvement in these areas...and that's with doing spot injections into the injured areas as well.

I am somewhat disappointed at this point considering how much I am paying for this supposed premium pharm grade.

How long should I wait or try GH for before expecting better recovery or healing...if ever..at this point?

If you have legitimate injuries only surgery will fix them. Gh is not a miracle cure for everything.

HGH will help but it takes time. Sprains, by definition, means you've torn something. HGH is good stuff but it's not a miracle cure (quoting ironbeck). It takes time. I hurt my rotator cuff and it took 8 months with 5iu/ed of HGH. Give it time, it will help. With the money you spend on HGH you would think it would be faster, right?

Well, most of my injuries were minor strains that should have healed within a few weeks, but persist to nag me....not serious injuries that need surgery.

Right you are, with the money I am spending I definitely thought it would be faster.

Scotch can you pm me what brand of GH you were using?..seems like you might have told me last year in another thread, but I forgot.
Also, did you keep lifting lightly or stop completely when you injured your rotator cuff?

When I was injured I did only rotator specific exercises that I learned from the PT for 3 months. No lifting weights. I figured that I was going to train for my whole life so there was need to rush and increase my injury. On the 4th month I started to lift really light weights on the machines. Don't need much supporting muscles for machines so the lifts are more controlled. I did that for about 4 months. The hardest part was not to jump into heavier weights as my shoulder started feeling better. After about 7 months I started lifting some dead weights. Just take it slow your injuries will go away. Oh yeah, I've been on HGH for a while now and the thing that notice, or rather things I don't notice, is that I no longer have little nagging injuries. No more tennis elbow, pulled muscles, etc. I still get small injuries when I'm going heavy but I seem to recover faster. I can now jerk about 240 overhead so I think my shoulder's back full strength.

You say you know longer notice those little nagging injuries anymore....like pulled/strained muscles and elbow tendonitis which are the issues I am struggling with for a while now.
I hope I end up with the same results you have had within the next year or so.

The thing I forgot to mention is that over the last 5 years I ran a number of low dose Test/Deca cycles. 200mg/150mg per week for 12 weeks cycles. That combo also helped with soft tissue injury.

Thanks for mentioning that. I am on actually on TRT at 100mg per week of Test E for 6 months. Only thing I noticed from the Test is slight increase in sex drive..no recovery increase from the Test.
I just hope the combo of GH and TRT will eventually yield the results I am looking for.
