Don't need much supporting muscles for machines so the lifts are more controlled. I did that for about 4 months. The hardest part was not to jump into heavier weights as my shoulder started feeling better. After about 7 months I started lifting some dead weights. Just take it slow your injuries will go away. Oh yeah, I've been on HGH for a while now and the thing that notice, or rather things I don't notice, is that I no longer have little nagging injuries. No more tennis elbow, pulled muscles, etc. I still get small injuries when I'm going heavy but I seem to recover faster. I can now jerk about 240 overhead so I think my shoulder's back full strength.
