    Best time to pin

    I have been pinning early morning and going back to sleep, but I want to know if anyone has a better time to pin GH. I was thinking of starting to pin pre workout, or post workout. What do you guys think is the best time to pin? Morning, pre workout or post?

    Early morning is best. I do the same thing. I pin and go back to bed.

    first thing in th AM just before cardio. i tried the gettign up thern back to sleep, but was never able to go back to sleep. I had to decide which was more important good sleep or pin timing. i think more important than timing is stayting consistant.

    how long does your workouts last? I dont see a point of pinning 1 hour apart from each other

    i pin before bed.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Workouts are an hour. I only pin once a day no matter the dosage. I pinned today b4 working out, I left pretty good and seemed really strong.

    Seems like you get more fat loss with the am pinning and back to bed because the gh seems to burn the fat while active in the system.. But I would think you get better muscle growth if you pin pre or post workout when your muscles are being used the most. What do you think?

    the gh is active for a while in yuor system , i think your looking into it too much. In the end i really dont think it matters that much
