    After workout peptide timing

When is the best time after a workout for a Mod GRF/GHRP-6 pin? I normally do a protein drink within 30 mins of finishing the workout. Will the carbs from that drink effect the timing of the peptide pin?

Pin immediately after the workout. You can ingest protein immediately as well, just no fat/carbs for 25 minutes after the pin.

Correct...OP, make sure your protein doesn't contain more than 1-2g of carbs and fat if so this will blunt the GH release. If this is the case then, wait 20-25 mins post pin to ingest your protein.

I usually make the after workout drink with milk for the extra carbs but can do water. Just wanted to get the timing right. Thanks all.

I usually pin my peps about 10 minutes or so before the end of my workout...usually just before my last exercise. I'll pin my peps, finish my exercise and sets off, cool down and by that time 30 minutes passed and I will drink my post workout shake. This has worked very well for me and have had no problems with this thus far

If I go to the gym for my early AM workout I'll try this. Not many people there a 5AM so I probably could pin in the gym and get a headstart on the GH release. Later in the day it's not going to be an option.

I'm not really sure but I take a lunch box with a cold pack for the protein shake to the gym and just leave it in the car. I've been putting the pin in there to keep it cool. Not sure if it's really necessary.

Yeah same here...I use a small lunch box w/ cold packs. Put this in my gym locker and as soon as I finish my workout I pin the GHRP/GHRH. Not sure how long before the gym you guys are preloading your syringe but me being OCD I don't like to mix my GHRP w/ GHRH (I've heard this mixture can degrade over the course of a few hours) so I draw up my GHRH and then draw up about 20iu of air and then I draw up my GHRP. The air bubble separates the GHRP from the GHRH and right before I'm ready to inject I grab and sling the tip of the syringe downward to mix the GHRP/GHRH...then all the air is on top so I simply get rid of the air and then inject. Like I said I'm OCD so this is a little trick I use...helps me sleep at night! lol

I have heard that both GHRP and GHRH are very stable peptides and shouldn't have any issue being mixed for a few hours. I saw a post from Datbtrue where he stated combining the entire vials together would only increase the degradation a little over the course of a few weeks.

Mine are mixed for about 2 - 2 1/2 hours at most before using. I've heard both sides about the stability of the peps after mixing. I've looked for the post you mentioned there EZ E but haven't found it yet. I know you should be fairly gentle with peptides but if you think about it that they are substantially swished around by the turbulence when they are drawn up through a small slin pin it makes you wonder really how stable they are. Not that this is any reason to just throw them around but just forcing them through a 29 ga pin would be rather traumatic. Temperature and light are probably the most damaging.

As I stated a few hours of mixing the peptides should be fine but I draw mine up about 10 hours before I use them so creating that separation through an air bubble in the syringe helps my OCD ass sleep at night.
