Roman's TB-500 log...........
Well mates!
The TB-500 showed up today, and 14 mgs are in hand. The injection protocol will be as follows with weekly injections:
Wk1 - 5mg
Wk2 - 2.5mg
Wk3 - 2.5mg
Wk4 - 2mg
Wk5 - 2mg
I believe the injection should be SubQ like the rest of the peps i've taken. But I seem to remember reading others going IM. So I'll read up on that and let you know what i find. If you believe you have the answer, let me know?
Biggest complaint I have is my right rotator cuff.
Next, is a mild/moderate case of tendonitis in my right arm
Next, is some mild knee pain on the right side.
I will be evaluating the efffectiveness of this peptide based on how well I was able to resolve these issues. Not expecting miracles, just some moderate relief.
Cheers!

Technical Discussion.....
I'm not sure why no one else has not asked this question yet. Maybe they have and i need to clean my glasses better.
I do not understand the mechanism that allows TB500 to work.
GHRP-6 is fairly easy to understand. The peptide basically stimulates the pituatary and in turn, the pituatary releases GH. and since GH pulses number in the low tens per day, then the suggested dose rate is 3x per day.
But I don't understand the mechanism at play with TB500.
first, the pep is injected in an aqueus solution SubQ, so it seems to me that it must be broken down quickly and "metabolized" within a matter of a few hours. Yet we pin only once a week?
what pathways are utilized?
what (endocrine?) systems are at play here?
If anyone has an idea on how TB500 works, it would be helpful if you can enlighten me/us?
(wiki is very light on the subject, and the rest seems to be coming from marketing departments hell bent on trying to sell me their product...)
