    HGH injection...with or without food???

Here is something I am curious about. Does taking your gh injection on a full or empty stomach affect its effects in the body? I have seen mixed statements saying it doesn't matter to do an injection on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes till you ingest carbs or protein. I personally dont see a difference when done on either an empty or full stomach...but I wanted to see what others have experienced or think.

gh cause's insulin resistance. So eating carbs cause a spike in blood glucose levels
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Don't eat anything, as a rule of thumb, 45min before or after injection.

Hmm, I will definitely have to take this into consideration now. My new question is will this affect the injected growth hormones absorption and effects in the body, or is just for health reasons? Like I understand regularly spiking ones blood glucose levels can lead to health issues if done for too long.

HGH is a insulin agonist. That means that when you inject HGH your body will not produce as much insulin. If you eat carbs, it converts to sugar. Without out insulin secretion the sugar wreaks havoc in your body. Do this enough times and you'll become a Type II diabetic. Stinks.

Eating carbs or other has no effect on the absorption or effectiveness of your GH. Like Gix said though, some people, especially those who are predisposed to diabetes or insulin issues, can have problems with hyperglycemia due to GH causing insulin resistance. If you look at the warnings and precautions of nearly every pharm GH website, it lists impaired glucose intolerance as a side effect.

    ^^^^^^^^^

Sarge question for ya, or anybody else who can answer it that just came into my head after reading a combination of this and a thread on pep timing

I have never looked into the effect of a high fat meal post exgenerous GH, any effect on the GH?

I know with peps it bad idea, it will blunt the pulse (dont ask by how much, I dont know off top of head it may be nonimal) but I know it completely different, peps and signa natty pulse from pitituary versus flooding system with exgenerous GH (so cant really blunt it can it? but would it have any effect on the igf) but just curious if any effect? Im thinking it makes no difference for a high fat meal 30 min etc post injection but any educated opinion is appreciated?

I'm def no peps expert but my understanding is that fats can inhibit the natural release of GH from peps but they have no effect at all on exo GH.
