cjc ghrp log.
Been on ghrp and cjc for about a week now .
Noticed my appetite is up.
- energy levels as well (might be in my head )
- sleep is normal with a newborn lol
But my dreams are really vivid not if thats a symptom .
- worked out yesterday did chest and back. I'm stilk weak fron taking time off from consistent diet and workouts . But energy was good
good cardio as well.
Questions, does the peptides really make prolactin and progesterone raise ? And if I take arginine and other natural hgh boosting aminos will it make the peptides work better ?
And does it help with skin like hgh?
Will nolva make the peptides not work as good ?
Diet is lean protiens and low G.I. Carbs other than after post workouts .also veggies .
Cant wait to see fat come off and a lil growth . will do weekly logs due to how long it takes . .. Unless something pressing accours . Thanks !

My understanding is prolactin and cortisol increse but sty within normal clinicl range.
IDK the answer to your other questions but I will be following your log. very interested in this combo.

okay been on for about 3 weeks . still playing with the pwo pin and pwo food timing .
still same been sleeping like a champ notice some size coming back , not gaining any fat but nor losing any either so ok so far. i did notice i sweat more and it makes me have lil morw pimples on my forehead .
my Cardio seems good as well, today i rode my bike home after lifting and there are all hills going back, when i got home i was stll pumped and wasn't really that gased .
noticed a little vascularty coming back as well.

ok. new week. had alot going on but still managed to keep a simple log and update
still pining 100mcg of cjc and ghrp 3xs a day on training days . 2 on non. i havnt weighed my self but looking learner . my diets going to be updated but now im adding more proteins and fats to it. lean beef and sunflower seeds .
my strength is getting better today - shoulders and bis witj abs
warm up
seated shoulder press 3x8-10 60lbs
lateral raises 3x10 20lbs
rear delt raises 2x12
front raises 2x10-30lbs
upright rows 2x10-50 lbs
barbell curles 4x8-10 80lbs
hammer curls 2x10-50lbs
concentration with close grip cambered curls
forearms seated barbell wrist curls with reverse curls 50lbs 2x25
abs
currently doing cardio
im noticing the carpeltunnel in the morning when i wake more
and sleeping good wen my daughter is lol
still hungry

ya man. ive never done hgh before so i can't compare but its doing something so far. hopefully in a couple weeks ill see more fat loss

ok,i love these peptides , i sleep great every night ,been losing fat ,energy is great ,endurance and strength are getting better every workout . my conclusion on these are that if there used properly and consistently you will notice results ,getting blood work next week for a gear cycle ,i hope to get the synergenic effects of gh and gear.
