So I ended up cutting water for 12 hours, then shooting 4iu of slin. Used whey, Greek yogurt, dextrose, and egg whites to bake a concoction similar to the macros I would take with a normal dose of slin at 4iu. Everything went fine. No problems with lack of water apart from trying to get my dry ass bars down. I have absolutely no visible water retention while using slin either.
Hope someone else can make use of my little experiment as I will. Whipping up a new batch of these bars for my show in a few weeks. Honey, egg whites, dextrose, whey isolate, and apple sauce.
