Will ghrp increase igf-1 levels by a significant amount?

I'm 17 with low igf-1 levels (200ng/ml). I need to get my igf-1 levels to 500ng/ml. Will ghrp and good sleep do the trick?

Peptides won't increase circulating IGF-1 levels unless you dose at least 3x per day but circulating IGF-1 levels don't necessarily mean anything anyway.
