    just before i start the hgh

    are there any diff and better protocols atm? or just the usual early morning inject and no food for approx 30-45mins?

    if you want to incoporate your peps into it then there is some protocols on dats forum that consist of 1-2 i.u followed by peps 2-4 times a day, it seems to be gaining popularity and the info behind it seems solid, it is claimed to be far more effective then a single or split dose of gh twice the amount.......

    There are a few ways to run hgh but if you have had good results from one protocol then stick with it. I did have amazing results from pulse blasting which incorporates high dose for 4 days on 4 off/3days on 3 off or 2 on 2 off etc but thats when I was bulking and I know you have just finished a bulk so wouldn't go into that right now with you.

    If morning injection suit you best go with it.

    yeah cheers, i reckon it'll be a morning injection then off to train.

    maybe a silly question but do you reckon the jack3d type pre-workouts would affect it at all? i got my hands on that Shaun Davis 'Dino fuel' stuff, exactly the same ingredients as jack3d but seems to have escaped the ban somehow!

    It shouldn't matter. Food in general or even carbs don't affect the effectiveness of your gh, but because gh can cause insulin resistance its best to avoid especially high GI carbs around injection time although if you're predispised the insulin resistance can be very long lasting.

    any preferences between IM and sub q? obviously IM should hit the system faster and would be preferable in my case on non training days, i hate waiting around for breakfast lol

    On your high dose 4 on days, what is the total iu count per day, And do you pin all at once or split it up?

    I ran up to 12-15ius per day split into 3 or 4 pins daily

    i just do an IM injection in the morning, ed. i have some ghrp/cjc i may use later down the road, but i dont want to right now. pinning enough as it is...

    is there much effect off jiust doing one type of peptide, i always see that ghrp/cjc combo, cant i just do one or the other?
