So i recently recived 2mg MGF.
After doing a fair bit of reading, theres SOO many different ways to use it.
2 questions:
Ive seen 1 hour post workout split bilaterally to allow natural MGF production to subside.
But i have also seen 5-7min post workout Bi lat as well.
1.What are your thoughts on either

2: Would 1 shot per muscle be a good idea for this, or do you beleive 2-3 smaller injections would be more suitable.
