    Hcg real?

    I've only gotten hcg in the typical high type vial. I bought some today from a friend that I trust. He doesn't juice. He got it from one of his friends who deals. It came as a puck inside an amp. Is this common/typical of some hcg? All it's writing is in Chinese. It does say 5000 on it which I'm sure means 5000 ius. Has anyone ever gotten any like this before? What is the best way to mix/ store this? I was just going to mix the BA water with it, and then transfer it to a vial for storage? It seems obvious, I just wanted some reassurance before I did anything with it. Thanks all
