    looking for using Peptides for first time

    so im planning on doing 6-8 weeks cycle in couple of months when i turn 25..
    i was looking into peptides and reading and from my reading i noticed that alot of people like to use it during PCT and go for 5-6 months to see full results, i read that people been keeping all gains till next cycle and even gain some more...
    i was thinking of doing
    IGF Des / CJC 1293 / GHRp-2

    i read that dose for CJC is 100mcg X3 times daily ( upon waking up, post workout ( 15 min ), before sleep )
    and GHRP-2 is 200mcg X3 daily same times...
    and DES is 30 min pre workout.....

    so my questions is
    1) how long to use it
    2) do i cycle it . like 4 weeks on 4 weeks off or what
    3) how is the diet goes in general as in macros and calories
    4) how to eat after doing each dose. like do u consume carbs after each pin ? do u take BCAA or protein or dextrose ?
    i really need detailed explanation
    also those are the 3 ones i got from my research , if you have better options please let me know

    175 lbs
    11% BF ( cutting phase now to hit sub 10% )

    PS the CJC is NO DAC

(200mcg will not yeild a double effect it is only increase by a little bit, most poeple do not go over the saturation dose of 100of each, but if you can afford it then this way is the best i think, make sure you work up to this dosing, it may take you 2-3 weeks to get here)

    so my questions is
    1) how long to use it(look above)
    2) do i cycle it . like 4 weeks on 4 weeks off or what ( peptides run everyday through the entire cycle, no need to come off as nothing is shut down, we are only stimulating what is already there)
    3) how is the diet goes in general as in macros and calories (this depends on your goals, i noticed i am feeling and looking leaner while cheating more than usual, wierd?) are you looking to cut up or gain LBM?
    4) how to eat after doing each dose. like do u consume carbs after each pin ? do u take BCAA or protein or dextrose ?( when using the peps separate its best to wait 3 hours after your last meal to inject, carbs and fats stop the release of your natural gh pulse so we would have nothing to magnify, although my latest research when combing the items you have we only have to wait 1 hour from last meal until inject, also always wait min 30 min after inj to eat your next meal.
    i really need detailed explanation
    also those are the 3 ones i got from my research , if you have better options please let me know

    what is your reasoning for ghrp-2 vs 6?
    what are your thoughts and what has your research brought to you on adding the IGF?

    Perfect so i for GHRP i will start with only post workout for a week then add the other another after a week or 2 then add third shot after a week or 2 same with CJC , and yes i can afford it
    and no cycling. continuous use for 6 months
    as for my goals well im probably gonna wait til i hit that 175 LBS but with 10% BF so hopefully by may i will reach that weight and for my cycle . im probably doing Test Prop/Npp so im gonna try to add lean mass. and will try to avoid the gain of excess fat. i read a sticky here in the nutrition section about lean bulk and how to do it. and im gonna follow that. and use of peptides is Obvious , i want to keep that weight till next cycle
    and IF its possible to gain more lean mass then that is perfect, if not then atleast keep the mass.
    SO inject first thing on empty stomach and do HIT cardio for 20 min then wait 30 min and take first meal
    and for post workout also wait 30 min and then drink my proteins shake ?
    and at night leave 3 hrs before last shot and last meal and then 30 min after the shot i will have another meal ? make sense ?
    picking -2 and not -6 is because i read here somewhere that one guy preferred -2 and he sounded very knowledgeable lol but i read all over the internet that both are the same and wont really feel difference except hunger part ( more with -6)
    as for IGF-DES a friend of mine used it during PCT and he was very vascular and to me i think he gained alot of muscle on PCT, more than On cycle !!!!!!
    it was awkward , i work out with him 5-6 times weekly and i noticed that so i wanted to add that as pre workout in my working out days. to get pumped and hopefully just like my buddy add couple of lb's

    No problem bro , as for wen you first start out when you are starting with one a day dosing the best time of the day would be right before bed. This way we can take advantage of wen our natural GH pulse is at its highest. Basically the CJC flips the GH pulse on and then the ghrp magnifys what is turned on. If you can inject pre bed you would be taking the most advantage of the one a a day dosing.

    As for wen your on 3x day dosing all your times of injection look great

    As for the 2 vs 6 , I understand your research and he is correct the 2 is stronger , the reason I personally choose 6 Is because the negatives vs positives. Despite the hunger 6 creates, the two peptides are so close in strength its near impossible to tell. The 2 has a few bad sides that may have been looked over. Negative effects such as raised cortisol and prolactin. I didn't find the subtle difference in strength worth the negatives. If hunger is an issue stay with 2

    Keep in mind the 3 hour rule doesn't apply as much when. Combining both peptides because the CJC is already flipping the pulse on. Wen running ghrp alone its best to wait the 3 hours because the carbs and fats stop n slow down the natural release. This is why its okay after 1 hour, do two to be safe if you please

    If you need any help I'd be glad to take a peek at your diet bro..

    I'm on pct right now and using it as a bridge, i havent lost a pound where as normally im down 2-3 by now. I feel i looke better than when i was on. (its only been 2 weeks)

    Also in case you haven't read its best to use the BAC water at a 1:2 ratio as higher concentrations have shown them to be less stable ( just what I've heard)

    CJC add 1ml to your 2mg
    Ghrp add 2.5ml to your 5mg

    CJC last about 7 days
    Ghrp last lil over 2 weeks @ 100 3xPer day so half this at 200

    i didnt know that it raise prolactin
    you think i should include Vitamin b6 or caber or something else ??
    also do ar-r have good Peptides or i need another source ?
    and its good that 1-2 hrs before doing the shot cuz i was worried about night shot. cuz if u took 3 hrs after last meal and then did the shot ur body wont have any nutrients.

    my diet is like this

    morning : 8 egg whites + 1 whole egg+ 4 oz ( 93% lean ground beef) and 1 brown toast
    meal 2 : 10-12 oz chicken breast + brocolli + 1 cup of brown rice
    *** BCAA shake***
    Meal 3 : protein shake
    Meal 4 : 10-12 oz chicken brease + 1 cup brown rice + vegetables
    WORKOUT ( BCAA + Glutamine during workout)
    Meal 5: protein shake
    Meal 6: 10-12 oz of fish ( usually Talapia)

    does it look good ??
    another question , now do i mix both in 1 syringe ?
    and also when u say add 1 ml to 2mg then its 2000mcg per ml and when i need 100 mcg thats half tick on insulin syringe
    thats almost impossible to obtain!!!!

    I'll answer more 2nite wen I'm by a computer

    Yes .5 on your syringe which is half way to the ten mark which is 2.5 slash marks. No its easy bro.. you can add more if you like its just what I've read to be the best and wat most everyone uses

    Ar-r PEPs are great!

    Yes 2000per ml

    As far as mixing both in one syringe its okay but I'll check later which one you need to pull back first because one you do not want to contaminate. ( I'll get back to you on this)

    Since so many shots during day I load up one pin of CJC for entire day and same for ghrp. Means less pins.. just have to keep very sterile ( not recommended but I do this)

    I'll check out diet more later. Calories just by a glance look
    Low but food choices are great!
