Why is HGH so heavily counterfieited?

I was thinking about ordering some GH.
But it seems everyone says most everything on the market is fake.

So why is it that HGH is so heavily counterfeited?
Is there just that high of a demand or a shortage available to the market?

It just seems weird that HGH is really the only single compound that is truly hard to obtain a legit product.

I am NOT looking for a source.
Just trying to learn.

because its very hard and expensive to manufacture. So it cant be made like steroids by a ugl. The demand is high. Its expensive so there is alot more profit in it. Its harder to tell if its real or fake since you dont see results right away or feel it like you do with say testosterone .

There's a huge underground market for it,
Gains take many months to see, its not instantly recognizable as legit,
It's expensive so a lot of profit for the counterfeiter,
Many people have never used pharm grade so they no idea what to expect,

if its a lot of profit, why can't be made by UGL? high revenues implies high availability of cash to be invested in proper manufacturing. its common business logic. many UGL do manufacture HGH in china and they do it with workers from gensci. a group of at least 10 persons were busted, all gensci ex-workers, running their own underground factory. few days after being released (around 8 months later) they started from scratch. true story not fantasy. hgh is not counterfeited because it cannot be made, its counterfeited because the market is uneducated and most of the users consider products containing methylprednisolone great stuff. a first step would be calling out brands that cause huge water retention. but except few people nobody complains, so the cash machine continues to work.
