Yes, it works great for me,
read my log bro( in this section) , I am a few weeks out of pct and maintaining peak cycle weight, diet has not changed.
If maintaining siza after a cycle is a consistent problem think about short burst cycles if you haven't already. On top of the peps..

I'm familiar with burst cycles. Maintaining size isn't a problem but to not lose a lb is impressive. You'd think you'd atleast lose a few lbs of water.
I agree with ya! ( i do bump my carbs a hair during and after PCT to do my best at keeping all the new tissue I have acquired. After i feel i am holding i drop them down to normal and back to my new maintenance calories.
But the peps sure do help!! I am still leaning out and holding weight..
