Im at 2.5 iu Tev Tropin everyday.
I been on it for about 2 months now and I feel great. Just havent seen any fat loss yet.
Will it take a while for the fatloss to happen?
My diet is in check.

No fatloss at all. Just feel good and great sleep. Energy through the roof and my Chrons disease seems to help.
I guess it takes a few months.
Hi- since hgh is a long term compound give it more time. Some see results sooner than later but many not for at least 6 months.
And for lower bf? do you want to come to the nutrition forum? that is the best way to lose bf....

Talked to my doctor and he says to have really noticed bf loss need to wait a few more months.
I am 5 months into 1.5 IU 5 on 2 off with TevTropin.
At month 3, my BF had dropped from 13% to 7%. I attribute much of that to increased muscle mass.
Starting weight was 185 and today I am at 206. Also running Test Cyp.

I am following a 40 40 20 diet and I am between 2500 and 3000 calories a day. The protein is probably a bit higher and the majority of it comes from egg whites. I also found a protein supplement http://nutrishopprotein.com/page.asp?id=81 that i really like. Also added creatine to pre and post workouts on lift days and post workout on cardio days. I lift 3 days and run 3 miles 3 times a week.
I think the biggest help was switching to whole wheat for bread intake and adding oats to my diet helped with energy for work outs. I stopped adding cheese to my am meal and should be ok since I take calcium magnesium.
My only "cheats" are 2 to 3 oreos after my evening meal.
I will say that I thought the results were good at month 3 and now I am very happy at month 5, results beyond my expectations.
At 2.5 IU a day you should see some awesome results especially if you have your diet dialed in.
Mytee, you saying you dropped 6% BF and gained 30 lbs of pure muscles in 5 months on 1.5IU????

I started at a lower than normal weight for me and wasn't lifting - only running occasionally when i started.
Diet was also deficient in calories since I didn't want to gain fat prior to starting my protocol.
It wasn't just GH that i am taking either - also on test Cyp and sermorelin. That with adding 1500 calories a day was what got me results.

I am not on here to promote or bs anyone just want to share with others in the community.

That's amazing for igf levels to be that high on 2.5 IU. Usually people using pharm grade will see upto 100 on igf chart per 1 IU of pharm grade but that's almost could say double. Could anyone Ellse put there input here with igf levels being very high on pharm grade per the IU.Originally Posted by brazilian86

I never heard that before but it makes sense. Geez - for the guys taking 3 to 5 IU's they have to be blowing up!
I couldn't imagine a higher dose. I have major arm cramps just from 1.5 IU.
I guess everyone is different. My igf-1 withoutHGH was 217.
I feel like I lost bodyfat everywhere but in my lower abs. Might take a few more months.
I use 3.5 to 4 IU of tev tropin and see noticeable fat loss in a month. everybody has what i like to call their "magic number." For me, it is 4 IU, for others it's different.
Im still on 3 iu a day and its my 4th month. No faltloss on abs yet... I am switching to blue tops non pharm grade cause of money issues...

Been away for a while and just checked thread today.
Did you adjust your diet at all? Mid way through my cycle, I cut cheese and switched to whole wheat carbs and I think that contributed to almost seeing a 6 pack.
The cash aspect of GH is the reason I stopped otherwise I would have been still taking it.
I am on my last week, its too expensive plus I was seeing betterresults playing soccer before three times a week... I am injured and wont play for like 6 months, need to keep fit. I just spent savings. Hgh never again, i like testosterone and Deca wayyyy better!!!lol
Brazilian did you ever try combining the HGH with the test and or Decca?
