quick question before i inject

i have 12mg 2 chamber gens i put 1ml of water in it so just wanna check before i inject if i wanna do 2 ius then i would draw too the 2 mark on the u100 insulin neddle correct ?

12mg is 36iu, putting 1ml in it will make it 36iu/ml.
