So who's used what and what kinda results did you have. I've heard mixed things here.
Lr3 is supposed to stay active longer and is recommended by some, some say des works better.
Any opinions?

This could have been pure placebo, or carb load, or test result but I felt the dec gave better pumps in the gym, but to be honest for the price, I usually just go with the lr3.
I personally liked the des better, but never tried lr3. I'd give it a shot
BOTH are good!
if using igf1Des I pin 2X a day personally (10-15mg per dose) and for lr3 1X a day.
I think there are some slight pro's vs cons to each of them but BOTH work and ill use both of them.
whats better testp or teste ....... arguments on both sides of whats better, though in this case I feel testp is useless when we have test e unless you LIKE pinning and unneeded scar tissue or are being tested.
