Muscle maintenance peptide protocol
I plan to cruise on peptides and some other alternatives between cycles to maintain lean mass and increase well being and performance while off of AAS. I'm not looking to add more size per-say, but to hold onto what I've gained and/or already had. I was thinking of igf-1 which I've used and love, but also thinking of using cjc-1295 w/dac along with ipamorelin. I will also use natty otc stuff like bioforge or bridge depending on how I am feeling. I understand some size is going to naturally go away as I lose water weight and as my test recovers but I'd like to minimize this. I have many years of cycling ahead so I'm not too concerned but I have the money to do so at the moment so why not. Any ideas or experience on how to run a protocol like this?

Hey LargerThanNormal thanks a bunch I'll look that over. I am right there with you on the "head games during off season" I'm always telling my friends I feel so small and they tell me I'm nuts but like you said I'm hoping even just the pinning might give me a placebo boost. I don't know if you have access to Arnold's Encyclopedia of BBing but if you do there is a great section he wrote in it called "The Fear of Smallness" it's def worth a read.

i havent tried it yet... im starting in few days with 2 IU and go up to 10 IU and stay there for really long time.. if its good then run it for years
i have talked to experienced guys here and it seems that 4 IU ED seems good for maintenance
start couple of weeks before PCT and start with 2 IU and by time you are at PCT be at 4 IU and stay on 4 IU ED till beginning of next cycle....
as for IGF-Lr3 ( which i will also start in few days )
do 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off. run at 50mcg ED on days you workout and 100mcg ED on days you dont workout..... PRE workout seems good
run HGH either early morning on empty stomach and then eat 1-2 hrs after
or before sleep and make sure you havent had food for 1-2 hrs before HGH time ... i will do it before sleep.
