Ok so let me make sure i got this right, pretty sure I did but. I mixed 20mg of pt 141 with 2 ml of bac water, and took a 10 unit shot out of an insulin needle to equal a 1mg dose. I just took it 15 mins ago, and I have read about all the flushing and nausea side effects. Im not really nauseous, but I am sooo flushed that I look like a lobster fresh out of the pot, just want to make sure I dosed it correctly, because I am like scary red right now. As long as I am still alive in a couple hours haha, I will post back to let you guys know how its going.

I had thought the half life of pt-141 was 2 hours but I think others on here have reported the effects lasting longer than 4 hours.

Bremelanotide was developed from the peptide Melanotan II which underwent testing as a sunless tanning agent. In initial testing, Melanotan II did induce tanning but additionally caused sexual arousal and spontaneous erections as unexpected side effects in nine out of the ten original male volunteer test subjects.[4]

Palatin completed patient treatment in its Phase 2B clinical trial in premenopausal women with FSD Primary data analysis and announcement of top-line results anticipated in first-half of fourth quarter of calendar year 2012 [5]

In studies, bremelanotide was shown to induce lordosis in an animal model[6] and was also effective in treating sexual dysfunction in both men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) and women (sexual arousal disorder). Unlike Viagra and other related medications, it does not act upon the vascular system, but directly increases sexual desire via the nervous system.[7]

A Phase III clinical trial was scheduled to begin in the first half of 2007, but was delayed until August 2007. On August 30, Palatin announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration had expressed serious concerns regarding the risk/benefit ratio of bremelanotide with regards to the side effect of increased blood pressure. The FDA stated that it would consider alternate uses for bremelanotide, including as a treatment for individuals who do not respond to more established ED treatments. Looked myself up and down in the mirror, any dark spots seem darker, but its because my skin is still flushed, not as bad as before, but I'm still red. Don't notice anything unusual or new though

After i used it several times i noticed existing moles were more pronounced, and a couple of new ones showed up. But after i discontinued its use, the new ones disappeared and the existing ones returned to normal size.

I believe this to be Melatonin related as PT141 is an analog of MII.

I do have to say that I am roughly 4.5 hours post injection time, and I have a slight headache, flushing finally went away although my eyes still appear a bit bloodshot for some reason, has that ever happened to anybody? I'm getting ready to go out soon and I have to say I don't really notice any difference in my libido, maybe when I actually meet up with the girl that will change. I'm about to experiment and look at some porn without fapping it just to see if there is any noticeable difference in my arousal

Ok so final report. Perhaps I will need to try a larger dose next time, although the sides were pretty severe for the 1mg dose that I took. I was feeling horny, but I have to say not in a noticeably different way. Very quality orgasm, and constant erections through the night after going to sleep, but that is about the extent of it.

my insulin pins have 10 unit incriments, so u injected 1 10 unit, not 10 right...1/10 of the pin not a full 10

that's for sure correct.. be warned though, with continued use.. like every 3-5 days and the effects will diminish .. if used 1=2x per month the effects typically will stay effective..

and with a woman, the effects are even more long lasting than with a male..

He meant .10cc Beck, not 1 cc.

20ml / 2ml = 10mg per ml (or cc)

Therefor - 1ml(cc) / .10 = 1mg

Johnny, my advice is to use 3mg next time. Then if that works you can titrate down to 2.

This is the only time i would recommend you increasing substantially, only to make it count so your are not wasting it. If 3mg works, great. But if not, then you're up to 4mg like me.
