    t3 question

Severely overweight, starting to get diet planned out, trying to get back to the old me... My question is, should a t3/alb stack be held off until I get to a safer weight or could I add it in now? I know it's not a magic bullet, but I'm researching things that might help.

Most guys will tell you to only run t3 with test due to muscle waste. It's healthiest to diet down naturally but I'm sure you already know that.

I'd stick to the diet and hit that cardio like crazy

Not to speak for cornfed, but i don't think he can. If i remember correctly, he got busted up in a motorcycle accident.

    Cornfed...
alot of this depends on how healthy you are right now. The stack will elevate heart rate and blood pressure. Are you going to be able to handle that?

Before jumping on the chems, i'd suggest getting the diet right. maybe, since you are probably not lifting right at the moment, maybe the Atkins diet? know anything abouut that? I've done it several times, and I can lose 1/2 pound a day for the first two months. then at that point, i switch to a southbeach. if you were to do this, then i'd say maybe in two months you couuld run with the stack, as long as your circulatory system can handle it.

Let me know if any questions?

Yeah, kinda thought like that myself... Once I get back to a more manageable weight I might consider it. I think risking raising my BP while I'm so big could end up poorly. Thanks guys

If you can do light to moderate exercise along with diet and supplement you can ready your body more strenuous workout and eventually AAS. Good luck.
