    Hgh and burning muscle tissue question

    Hi guys,
    I am wondering if hgh is anabolic enough to starve off burning muscle tissue at 4 iu's a day?
    I am currently in the 6th week of taking hgh @ 4 iu's a day 5 on 2 off with 100 mcgs T4. I started the hgh cycle during my first week of Pct (which calories were 500 over tdee) and now I have adjusted my calories to a maintenance level.
    I am re-introducing cardio into my routine (yes, I slacked a bit on this) @ 45 minutes three times a week on an empty stomach (a.m. fasted) and hope that the combination of the solid diet (40/40/20), cardio, and the hgh that I will be able to reduce fat without burning off muscle.
    I am not cruising or on Trt so I am concerned that the Hgh won't be anabolic enough at that dose to prevent burning off muscle tissue. Anyone have an opinion or experience with this protocol to shed some light?

    You need to be on over maintenance when in pct and try to drop the time down in the gym a little. 4 ius is a good dose for pct and it will help a lot, don't be concerned about burning fat in at this time its all about recovery so keep cals high 500 over maintenance and forget burning fat . The hgh will do you great and will help a lot with keep that tissue you have built

    if you have started HGH with beginning of PCT then you are done with PCT cuz u mentioned its the 6th week....
    and i assume thats why you cut your calories back to TDEE ?

    Yes, exactly. I kept my calories at 500 above tdee throughout pct, actually a week longer because I got vety sick with a stomach virus during Pct and was trying to put a few lbs. back on. I went from 207 to 199 lbs in two days with the virus and ended up getting back up to 202 lbs.
