I am wondering if hgh is anabolic enough to starve off burning muscle tissue at 4 iu's a day?
I am currently in the 6th week of taking hgh @ 4 iu's a day 5 on 2 off with 100 mcgs T4. I started the hgh cycle during my first week of Pct (which calories were 500 over tdee) and now I have adjusted my calories to a maintenance level.
I am re-introducing cardio into my routine (yes, I slacked a bit on this) @ 45 minutes three times a week on an empty stomach (a.m. fasted) and hope that the combination of the solid diet (40/40/20), cardio, and the hgh that I will be able to reduce fat without burning off muscle.
I am not cruising or on Trt so I am concerned that the Hgh won't be anabolic enough at that dose to prevent burning off muscle tissue. Anyone have an opinion or experience with this protocol to shed some light?
