right now im doing it IM . delts only cuz its painless ....
im thinking of SubQ or injecting IGF pre workout in the muscle that im doing. ( chest, delts,bis, tris,traps) ... split the dose into 2 shots ( 25mcg each) and shoot it 15 min before workout.... will be create any advantage ???
also for HGH does IM create any advantage over subq ?
