No. HGH typically will not help in this area and most certainly not in "size".

You should schedule an appointment with your primary care physician or a specialist (urologist) to treat the erectile dysfunction. The loss of libido is a bit more challenging and I recommend a full blood panel to evaluate hormonal levels.
