    What are your IGF-1 levels?

I'd be interested to compare what HGH protocol people are on (IU/day) and what IGF-1 results they are getting. e.g. "4IU/day and 530 ng/ml"

Please share (but only if you are taking pharmacy grade HGH!)

I hope they're good anyway, but I would prefer to eliminate results which might be based on fake product.

    Is no-one testing their levels?

a highly narrow elite & restrictive thread/rule, i'm out as well
too bad, the data w/ regards to elevating igf-1 in blood analysis is interesting ...imho regardless of the applicable synthetic peptide or polypeptide hormone(s) of choice..

If we get enough results, I'll produce a chart. Would be interesting to see the relationship.

I'm breaking the rules and taking a stand!

igf before dosing GHRP-2 and mod GRF 1-29 was 117 (115-307). After 3 months on this protocol dosing at 100mcg of each, 3-4x a day, my igf was at 319 (71-241).

I know it's your thread and all the power to you, but wouldn't it be beneficial to compare all results of igf levels?

IGF testing is a mine field guys, so much as can alter the numbers and many times ive seen same guys give completely different numbers within days/weeks of testing again.

Results matter, end of story what results you have. Forget the GHRP etc because that doesn't even come into the gains or reults obtain on them just simple leave the body after use. Also generic gh can be a variety of substances what knock off blood work and also give gains of some kind.

But, what really counts is the gains obtained if you have ever used pharm grade hgh for any length of time at a reasonable dose along side some AAS stacks because these gains you wouldn't be even asking for numbers of blood work. Ive completely change the whole appearance of my body with pharm hgh, ive taken amounts to cut body fat which ripped me to the bone while maintaining 245lbs+ and ive also used it at high dose for long periods of time to increase muscle cells which again totally transformed my whole body. Results, matter not numbers when there is so much confusion with testing etc of igf/hgh

Marcus, the reason I started this thread is because people keep talking about the gains they notice at 2 or 4 IU/day without specifying their IGF-1 levels.
When I started doing just 2 IU/day my IGF-1 levels rose from 141 to 692, which is out of range and probably not healthy long term so now I am down to 1IU/day and monitoring it for a while. However, other people might be doing 3 IU/day to get to the same IGF-1 level. So first of all I wanted to see how other people's doses affected their levels.

The next question is which factor is a better determinant of gains: HGH dose or IGF-1 levels!

That's my whole point!!!! if you would of done another test a few hours later or the next day at the same time etc you probably had different numbers. Ive seen it time and time again and also with my own, igf /hgh blood testing is so up in the air for accuracy your pissing against the wind, go off results....RESULTS not numbers trust me ive been battling this one for 20 odd yrs

Agreed that this will fluctuate, but it might not be enough to be significant.

According to this doctor, "IGF-1 measurements will also vary by 10% to 20% from day to day normally." That kind of variation is fine by me. If I plot a scatter graph of 20 results it will still tell the story.

I'd love to use pharm grade HGH, but with all the counterfeits I wouldn't even know where to start. So far on the peps, I look and feel leaner and more muscular.

Until I get pharm grade hgh, I'm gonna stick with these peps. Better than paying the money trying to get hgh and getting peps anyway or worse.

1 molecule HGH weighs 22,124 daltons, which is 0.000000000000000000036737763088204 g
    1 mol of HGH weighs 22123.4809 g
    21 nmol weighs 0.000464593 g or 464593 ng

    464593 ng/l = 464 ng/ml

Thanks for this maybe you can help me here i'm too from Aus aswel and going of the top of my head from my last blood test last yr when i was using, AAS, insulin and hgh generic bluetops. My bloods showed

    36 mIU/L
    36 nmol/L igf-1

Are you sure your conversions are right? because there are many different metric converters that use the same metric but are different. I found a converter for the igf-1 somewhere and 1 nmol/l = 8 ng/l, so my total was actually 288ng/l on the blood test and was still within range for igf-1 levels for my age group. So the hgh bluetop generics i had were peptides.

Sorry, Stirated, I misread the earlier post. I thought your GH reading was 21 nmol/L, not your IGF-1.

Molecular weight of IGF-1 is 7,649 Daltons so it weighs around a third of the HGH molecule.

    An IGF-1 reading of 21 nmol/L is therefore around 160 ng/ml.

Hephens, using a simple scale factor of 36/21 your IGF-1 is around 274 ng/ml which is within range I believe.

Yes thank you i was very confused about your conversion but that makes more sense now, my conversion was close to what you said aswel. Wish they used the same measurements here as the US.
