    New to HGH, have questions!

Hey people, I recently just scored a script for Somatropin from my MD. A lot of what he suggested is different from what I've read on here, and I'm hoping to do a little more research before I get started.

Quick stats I'm 165 lean 6"0 four years training and generally a hardgainer (started our at 130). I'm in the middle of my third test-c cycle which is 600mg/wk, and intend to be starting my fourth cycle at the same dosage six months after I start HGH. Doc said my HGH was in the 200 range and normal is ~250, low but not terrible. My goal is to get my body in better condition, stronger joints, etc, so my lean frame can support a little more mass, and to help push my limits a bit and gain a little more muscle weight. Here are my questions:

Dosage. The dosage the doc gave me was quite low. Take a look at this pic:

This is the dosage my doc recommends and what he prescribed for the only other patient who's had HGH. Very low--working my way up to ~.7 IU/day (7 days a week). I talked to him about this and he gave me enough refills that I can moderate my dosage up to 2IU/day 5 on 2 off. I guess my question is, will I see any improvements to joints and muscle size at these low doses? Should I just get to 2/IU 5 on 2 off ASAP, and if I do will that be enough?

Timing. My doctor actually recommended I take HGH at night, so that it comes with my body's largest pulse of HGH production, which is the opposite of what I see here. He says doing this is fine for low doses and supplements the body's natural GH production. I think especially if I moderate my dose up to 2IU, I should inject in the morning, but I thought I'd ask you guys.

Thyroid. Doc said my T4 was fine but my T3 was a little low, so I might be having issues converting which HGH will fix. He recommended me a compound of T4 and T3--do I want this or should I just get straight T4?

IGF-1 and insulin. This I didn't talk to my doc about. How important are these? I don't want to take on too much going into my first HGH cycle, but I also want to make sure I'm getting plenty out of it. Is it necessary to do these injections when taking HGH to get good gains? Or can I just add dextrose to my post-workout shake for an insulin spike and be done with it?

Thanks all always for the great info

First, HGH/T4 is a powerful combo I wouldn't worry about the IGF or insulin . Be careful with insulin, it can kill you. Pharma's good stuff 2iu 5/2 will help. I prefer 3iu/ed, personally. It takes a while for you to see the results. I'd say 6 to 7 weeks is when I really saw a difference. I take my HGH in the morning as soon as I wake up. I've been on HGH for 6 years everyday and it still seems to be working so I don't worry about whether I should take it in the morning or evening. Good luck.

I started gh in the am...now shifted to night shots...ddnt see any difference tbh except the fact i ddnt have to wake up earlier ed...also keep in mind that u need to abstain from any carbs 1 hr before and after the shot...with T4 watch the caffeine...also 1 hr pre and post t4 pill....

For night shots id say its age dependent...the older u r the lesser the endogeneous gh release...so say u r in yr 30s, shooting at night would deprive u of the extra doae yr body would release....at least this is what ive been able to gather from my readings
