HGH and IGF1 LR3 stack, info on benefits of stacking and dosage info...
Got a couple questions that I have not been able to find the answers to.
What are the benefits of stacking the two?
When adding IGF can you lower your hgh dosage and achieve the same results as a higher dosage of hgh by its self?
What would be a good dosage (of both components) for body comp improvment?
I am 34

238
body fat around 17% (estimated based on weight loss from when I was measured last)

There's a lot of ppl that will run IGF by itself, but you don't need to run it throughout the 6 months.I'm only 19 so I don't really need to do it but this is what I would do:
HGH 5on/2off
Weeks 1-5, 11-15, 21-24
-one injection first thing in the morning on workout days
-early afternoon non workout days
Weeks 6-10, 16-20
-split dosages, 1/2 first thing in the morning.
- 1/2 early afternoon(1-2p.m.) or pre-workout
Weeks 1-5, 11-15, 21-24 IGF-1 LR3
-80mcgs post-workout intramuscular
-first thing in the morning non workout days
Weeks 6-10, 16-20 Humalog- workout days only
8 IU's immediately after workout, intramuscular.

no reason to go 2 off with HGH. 30-60mcgs is plenty for 4 weeks. id go subq with IGF

You might want to read a little more about igf-lr3 before you run it. There are two schools of through. One side says it's not worth the money. The other says it's awesome. It could be a waste of your money.
