Mixed 1ml of bac water into my 16iu protophin bottle and since I'm taking 1iu a day 7 days a week I drew to the 10 mark on my slin needle and shot.

1ml in 16iu vial is 16iu/ml concentration. 10 mark on the insulin needle is 1.6iu. I would put 1.5cc in the 16iu vial and if you pull to 10 mark it should be close to 1iu.
