    Somatropin

    Hi Guys,

    First off - thanks for taking the time to read my post.

    OK so I started a course of Somatropin 3-4 months ago.
    As far as this cycle goes I've basically been told 2iu's in the morning & 2iu's of a night time
    I'm 28, around 200lbs, got a bit of body fat which I'm looking to strip down and lean up.
    Is this the correct cycle I'm looking for?
    I'm also on a cycle of Clen. 111222333444333222111 (only a week into these)

    I'm hitting the gym 4-5 times a week. Only hitting weights not doing cardio as much as i should tbh.

    I'm dieting, trying my best to get 200g of protein a day (hard to do) and keep the carbs below 150g (again hard as i like to eat)

    Is there anything more you guys could add? Is my hgh cycle correct for what I'm looking for?

    Ohh and - 3-4 months into hgh. I've dropped lots of body fat so far - but still lots to go, but maybe this could be down to my diet too? I've been told this stuff can take 3 months to work, some say 6, and today i even heard 12 months for it to work.

    Last thing. about the Somatropin. Again lots of different opinions on how to store.
    Currently as soon as i get it i put the unopened bottles in the fridge (not sure how it was stored before hand)
    mix with bacterialastic water or sterile water (not sure which is best to use)
    not sure at all which is the best way so any advice here too would be greatly appreciated!

    what brand of somatropin?

    try to avoid injections before going to sleep.

    add creatine

    storage: 2 weeks in the fridge, when you have added the bacterostatic water. dry powder expirations as the box says....

    why do you need cardio, any goals as an endurance athlete, just the regular cardiovascular health thing? or are you perhaps assuming Cardio -> fatloss therefore fatloss -> cardio? if so then you are terribly mistaken, weightlifting(the full depth squat) is the king of all exercises, fat burning and muscle building

    It works instantly, but minimum theraputic time to assess if there are benefits is 6 monts.

    Never shake growth hormone, and never expose it to sunlight or excessive heat, neither should it be allowed to freeze.

    dry powder does not need to be refridgerated, cool dry, dark place will do

    I'm not sure on the Brand of Somatropin,
    Is Somatropin OK to take with 1ml vials of Sterile water? I'm finding it difficult to get bacterostatic water atm..

    I have been injecting as soon as i get up in the morning and just before i go to bed. Which way would you suggest & what extra benefits would that add?

    So I've been keeping everything in the fridge, unmixed & mixed bottles. Is this OK or will it harm it?

    OK so strong weightlifting (which I'm doing) will do the fatloss for me (woop) I hate cardio!
    I am seeing good fat loss results since I've been back, maybe just wanting to see better results with the Somatropin.
    Looks like I've got another 3 months to go before it starts working properly (been taking it 3 months)

The combination of cardio and resistance is more efficient at burning fat then either lifting or cardio. You should do cardio if you want results. Just taking compounds is not efficient way to change body composition.

It's the cumulative effect that takes a while to notice. I can notice belly fat loss at about 7 weeks.

    I can't stress enough how important diet is when you're on a fat cutting cycle. Do some cardio too it will really help.

    What are the disadvantages of taking HGH at 28?
    My Clen are 10mg .
    I've also just got a course of winstrol (10mg) planning on taking 50mg a day. Together with T5's and still Somatropin.
    I'm going to put extra Cardio days in as you suggested to make sure i get the results i want.
    Good idea with the diet log. Can I ask how bad a day on the beer will effect my results (maybe 10 pints a week lol)?
    I'm noticing good belly fat loss with what i'm doing atm, but need to get tighter. Put on some good muscle bulk - now working on shaping (as im getting instructed)
    BW water? can you recommend where to get this from?
