Hey everyone, I'm considering doing a 1 month IGF-1 LR3 only cycle, at 60 mcg ED to see what kind of results I get. I have two questions:
1) Should I site inject post workout into the muscle I just trained like many people are saying? Or would it matter if I just shot it in my quads post workout and didn't worry about site injections?
2) I'm currently bulking and I generally bulk on a 500 cal surplus. To reap the benefits of an IGF cycle, should I up my calories and if so how much?
