Hgh whens the right time

Hi when is the correct time you can start using hgh, I have brought a years worth already to run through out the year and proberly just carry on using, but someone commented saying I was not ready to use gh ?? What would make me not ready ?? I w going to run gh with test 400

After you wake up is the time most people seem to take it. You can take it all at once or split it into two dosages during the day depending on how much you're going to take, the reason I've gathered most people split it is to lower the chance of side effects. If splitting don't take your second dosage 3 hours or less before bed because during sleep is when your body produces the most of your own HGH and you don't want to inhibit that.

Whenever you can afford and find pharmacy grade human growth hormone is when you should start (assuming your growth plates are sealed). Do not waste time on anything from china. The fact that you say you bought a year's supply makes me think you have the fake stuff, because you would have to be stinking rich to be able to buy a year's worth of the real stuff before you even start.

that stuff is fake, bro. Sorry. I don't know where this whole "tingly hands/sleepy" thing became an obvious side effect of growth hormone. I don't get either of those when I use pharmacy grade. In fact, I remember not adding enough water, and doing 10 IU's on accident, and feeling like I could fly.

Yes and no. Meaning from a BB'ing stand point I understand that statement. From a scientific POV there are many studies showing doses as little as 1 iu per day for 6 months putting an avg of over 4 lbs of LBM on middle aged men. Funny thing gold, the study even ends saying that none of the participants worked out and they imagine the gains could have been much greater if they did so. Cracked me up.

Wow! I'm sure it plays a lot on genetics too and if you really get pharm grade 191aa instead of China 192aa. So at 1iu ED, proper training and nutrition, you could see a decent gain in 6 months.

HGH helps to keep belly fat off of me when I'm not eating strict. It takes about 6 or 7 weeks but I can see the belly fat melting away. Then again, I workout like a madman and have been on HGH for over 6 years continuously. I wish it wasn't so expensive.

It's addicting as hell, though. I would rather do HGH than any steroid out there. And, yes, the thing I like the most is being able to to bulk, but not put on fat.

You don't really get it by brand. Most of what you will find claims to be 191aa. Most of that is likely knock offs and it's 192aa or has insulin in it. Be very very careful where you get it!!! Get bloods done if you can after you get it so you can be sure what you using daily!! You get it by strength percentage if it's listed. IE, Blue Tops, Yellow Tops, Green Tops. Each having a different strength percentage. You also don't cycle HGH. You just use it. Six months daily before you may see results. And that's because most of what you are going to get is either weak or not really true HGH. As for amount, you use it according to your goal. Bodybuilding would be at around 5iu daily. Weight loss can be 3iu every other day. Studies have been shown that as little as 1iu daily will show muscle growth. But I'm sure those studies where with prescription HGH.

gh is not a magic cure.

As the guys replied previously its a game of patience and hard work.

there is a ton of info on this board to reply to all your questions. use the search bar and read read read before you put anything in your body.
1- you dont want to waste your money on crap stuff
2- you dont want to be injecting yourself with substances you have no clue what they are and what they could do to you on the short and long terms.

hence my recommendation to read.

by getting blood the guys mean by having blood tests done to measure your current levels.

if you really want to do it right, start with dialing in your diet correctly (in other words make sure you have complete control as to what you eat in terms of protein carbs and fats). this alone can work wonders in recuperation.

I have no clue how old you are, thus I cannot give any advice as it differs from age to age. in general people in their teens, twenties and even thirties recover faster than older people. if you fall in the first category, you also do not need to be messing with gh at all. its for people over 40 ... again read on it and you will understand why.
