HGH Dosage... and whether to continue

    Hey everyone -

I'm on TRT - 150mg weekly, plus HCG , etc.

I've been running 2iu of norditropin pens for some time now - 8 months? I have a prescription.... and they aren't cheap. This is thousands of dollars every couple of months.

Does anyone have any experience on 2iu vs. 4iu, vs.... ? I'm wondering about either dropping it or bumping it up. I am not sure that I am seeing any benefits at this point.

I'm at 10% BF, 6'2", 190 lbs. Not the greatest of shape of my life, but not the worst either.

    Any thoughts appreciated.

What's great about HGH (+TRT) is benefit from long term dedication. Please do not drop the product, consistency trumps bumping up the dosage, imho.

If you're not making gains it's time to examine nutrition and training. It's usually the culprit.

Thanks for the response. What does night and day mean in your case?

Agreed. I had some surgery which sidelined me for a bit and I've been lazy getting back to business.

That said, Trying to figure out how to quantify the benefits of $1k a month on gh. Wondering what markers to look at 6 months from now.
