    igf-1

    got some major tendonitis and tendonosis issues, anybody know if injecting igf-1 directly into the damaged tendon will help with the healing process? and if so, how much and how often?

    Ever heard of prolotherepy? I've heard of people injecting HGH directly into the injured area for healing. I don't honestly know if it's any better. I've been on HGH for 6 years and when I get hurt I seem to heal faster.
