I want to pin my peps two times a day. I understand that PWO and pre-bed are optimal for my aims.
However, I train and eat too late to pin before i sleep (i.e. my stomach is still too full). I'll usually eat post training between 8-9.30 and in bed by 10ish.
So, I’ll be pinning directly after training - post workout.
This leaves a choice between, doing my other pin AM (first thing in the morning) OR getting up at say 2am in the middle of the night if say I had finished eating at 8.30/9.
I’d obviously really like the benefits of it enhancing sleep but i am unsure whether I should just stick with an AM pin or try a pin during the night? The latter being a little inconvenient.
Any thoughts would be fantastic!
