human myostatin propeptide & GHRP/GHRH
I figured this thread would be the way to go posting. first question is on HGRP-2 cycle +CJC1295 w/o DAC. I know GHRP is run 100mcg 3x per day, is the ghrh run the same? if so is it ok to mix both in the same syrynge for a subq injection? I plan on running these over the winter with a clean bulk of about 4500-5000 cals/day along with a new "overreaching" training program that came out as a result of a study done with hmb. How good are cycle results with this? when i say clean bulk i mean i want to gain muscle without putting on alot of fat, hence the GHRP/GHRH.
Next question is as i was researching these peptides i came across human myostatin propeptide. Now we all know myostatin inhibits muscle growth, however i wasnt aware there was a peptide in production to reduce myostatin yet. anybody use it or know anything about it?

I personally learned a little bit about the concept of myostatin inhibition, but it was at the gene therapy level in class. From what I learned there is more variables to the situation than simply putting a peptide in your body to lower blood plasma levels. Not all peptides sold don't always have solid evidence for what they claim to produce most time is anecdotal. Hopefully someone else can chime in, but I will have to review my notes and get back to you. I'm no expert just my 2 cents.

real MI's are expensive. too expensive.
the concept is very intriguing. Remember the picture of the bulls that had the myostatin related muscle growth? these bulls were HUGE! But I have heard very little since.
In people, it is a rare condition due to a mutated gene. They become very large and strong, with very little body fat.
But here's the problem. We really do not know how to replicate the process successfully yet. The class of drugs known as myostatin inhibitors seem like they should work, but for some reason, don't seem to be.

Exactly. To actually create and mimic the environment from the rare mutations that occur would come down to altering your bodies own inhibition of myostatin at the genetic level. Hence the majority of research is used on the gene therapy level. Other variables also exists as to whether you are also affecting your follistatin as it is a major antagonist for myostatins existence. I couldn't see why the peptides would work because it is not changing anything at the DNA level. It would be fascinating though to use muscle building compounds that would create the anabolic environment from within your own blueprint.

Up to 2011 there were serious studies conducted on myostatin inhibitors, and they are the real thing in this game. It s true they are very, very expensive...those that can afford them can expect 25 to 35lb gains of lean tissue in few months, people are right in saying there is little science supporting some of the claims, bro-science says it works...many pros are said to be using it or have defective myostatin genes...its a tricky item and hard to get the real deal...but sign me up...

A certain website where you can Purchase Peptides (hint hint) just added Ace-031 to their inventory. A little pricy but if it works hey why not

Haha, i doubt any net suppliers are selling genuine ACE-031, it is extremely difficult to obtain, much more so than all other research chems...but all the luck to those that want to try it...
