okay so startin insulin today, did 4iu's post workout followed with 25g dextrose powder, 25g raw oats, 5g creatine, 5g bcaa's & 40g whey protein isolate is that fine yes
il up my dextrose as i increase my iu's and an hour after shake im having a solid meal of 100g carbs, 50g proteins and a little fat. my insulin is fast acting humalog. i plan on working my way up to 10iu's just post workouts 4 times a week.
