Sure, all logs are good. If nothing else it's good for you to keep track. I know I cant hardly remember what worked for me from one day to the next.

I'll read your log. I'm always interested in empirical data.

    Ok guys background
Been training for 5 and a half years (bodybuilding) when last year I was dead lifting too heavy and bad fourm I knew better but still went for it pulled my back
So it's been a year and injury has not gone away only slightly subsided. I can feel it after every workout even wen doing chest not so much during but after the gym. Sometimes I can tap my lower right back and feel a shock down my right leg to ankle. I haven't dead lifted squared or 3/4 bent over rows type of movements since injury.
I'm going to be training still during this and am currently also on a cycle I started 3 weeks ago test and npp
I will be getting my peps tomorrow so that's when I will start
    Tb500 4mg /week
    Bpc 157 200mcg ed
    And taking glucosamine too
Hgh 4ius ed 2 ius in am 2 ius post workout.

Right now I been doing 2 ius of gh until I get more gh in a week or so then will up to 4 ius.
Not sure how long I will run this will determine after 4 weeks depending how I feel
Will keep you guys updated Every couple days
    Any suggestions feel free

Time off, week or two, will do wonders for injuries.

Hardest part is resisting the urge to hit the gym.

Defiantly interested man, I have a slipped disc L4-5. A twist movement in a heavy front squat did it for me. Of course I followed that lift with heavy deads haha.
Anyway I feel your pain, haven't been able to squat, dead, row nothing that bends at the hip really. So I will be eager to see your progress... I'm dreading getting an MRI and cortisol shot.

Mine was a twist carring 2, 4x12 1/2" sheetrock through a muddy driveway and the wind caught it. Twist, pop, OUCH!!! surgery 20 years later fixed it but I was to the point I could only walk or stand less than 10 minutes at at a time.

Shock therapy? I hope you are talking more about muscle stimulation.

It won't help. It's supposed to help with pain but so is the chiropractor that uses the machine. It was like Chinese food, filled you up for 30 minutes and then your starving again

OK it's just a fancy ultra sound device. They work for breaking scar tissue inside and promote healing.
