I don't know your cycle history or anything of the sort. I don't really feel comfortable getting into slin talk without it. I only ran slin when I was serious about competing. You can grow plenty with aas and gh alone. Unless you are competing seriously I wouldn't even touch it.
I've never run insulin, so will not comment on on.
Regarding HGH -
Yes, the synergy with AAS is outstanding, but running it on it's own will still provide many benefits for any athlete/recreational lifter. I'm currently running it during my PCT and will do so for at least another 2 months afterwards.
