peptides mixing?

I just want to make sure im right.. I have a blend of cjc 1295 no dac (5mg) & ghpr-2 (5mg)=10mg of peptide powder in one 5mg vial. I want to do 100mcg of both which would be 200mcg right? I have a .50 slin pin. I was going to put 2.5ml of bac water into the vial. Then draw up to the 5 unit mark. How do i know im getting an equal amount of both peptides or is it just a guess? Thanks boys
